As noted under Shipping Policy, orders placed through our eStore are fulfilled by Amazon.com or their affiliates. Their shipping and privacy policies apply to such orders. The information below applies only to orders directly placed through Erindale Publishing.

     Financial Information: Our orders are processed by PayPal, a subsidiary of eBay. None of the financial information they use to process your order is shared with us.

     Personal information: PayPal provides us with your name, email and shipping address, so we can properly address and deliver your order, and contact you if there is a problem with an order. We do not share this information with anyone else, and only keep it on file until we receive confirmation of delivery, at which point it is destroyed.

     Solicitations: We only market and promote books through our website. You will never receive any communications from us, save for those required to fulfill your order.
